What Youll Do
- Identify and target potential customers (B2B or B2C)
- Conduct market research to find new sales leads and opportunities
- Cold calling email outreach and attending industry events to generate leads
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
- Present products/services to clients explaining their benefits and addressing their needs
- Customize sales presentations and proposals according to client requirements
- Conduct product demos or presentations (both inperson or remotely)
Negotiate terms and close sales deals - Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients
- Provide excellent postsale support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Follow up regularly to ensure repeat business and crossselling opportunities
- Handle client concerns or issues effectively ensuring satisfaction
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance adjust strategies as needed
- Report sales metrics KPIs and forecasts to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and messaging
What You Bring to the Table
- At least 2 years of experience in sales (B2B B2C or SaaS)
- Experience in client acquisition account management or sales closing in crypto industry
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage time and sales pipelines.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce HubSpot etc.) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Degree in Business Marketing Economics or related field
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English is required
- Knowledge of other languages (e.g. Russian German) is a plus
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customeroriented attitude
- Problemsolving skills and adaptability
