Role Overview

As an Amazon Account Manager you will be the key point of contact for our clients ensuring their Amazon accounts are managed efficiently and issues are resolved promptly during offoffice hours. This role requires a blend of client communication problemsolving skills and expertise in Amazon Seller Central.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication:
      • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the assigned shift.
      • Respond promptly to inquiries via email chat or other communication channels.
      • Provide updates and solutions for client concerns ensuring satisfaction and trust.

  • Account Health Management:
    • Monitor and maintain the health of Amazon seller accounts ensuring compliance with Amazons policies.
    • Proactively identify and address issues to prevent account suspensions or penalties.
  • Issue Resolution:
    • Resolve product listing errors order discrepancies and other Amazon Seller Central issues.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address escalated concerns efficiently.
  • Listing Optimization:
    • Optimize product listings for enhanced visibility and sales performance.
    • Conduct audits to ensure accurate and compliant product information.
  • Reporting:
    • Prepare detailed shift reports for the Manager summarizing tasks completed issues resolved and updates for the next team.
    • Provide actionable insights based on account performance and client feedback.
  • Task Management:
    • Use tools like ClickUp Slack and Google Sheets to document tasks and updates.
    • Assist in executing weekly and monthly strategies to improve client performance.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • At least 12 years of experience in ecommerce client communication or account management.
    • Handson experience with Amazon Seller Central is highly preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

    • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.

    • Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets ClickUp and Slack.

  • Additional Requirements:
    • Reside in Central or South America to align with the shift timing.
    • Availability to work from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM CST.
