Monday Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

Our company manages three different brands with a team of 10 people. While our primary sales channels include Shopify and Amazon this role will focus on managing and optimizing Amazon operations for our brands.

Position Overview:


The Senior Amazon ECommerce Manager will be the primary owner of our Amazon strategy and operations responsible for optimizing listings managing inventory ensuring account health and driving revenue growth. This role requires a datadriven highly organized professional with deep expertise in Amazon Seller Central and ecommerce analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:

  • Monitor Amazon Seller Central for performance metrics (Account Health Voice of the Customer Policy Compliance Performance Notifications).
  • Manage listing updates resolve suppression issues and optimize content for better visibility and conversion.
  • Submit and track support tickets for listing corrections stranded inventory and accountrelated issues.
  • Monitor FBA/AWD inventory levels to prevent stockouts coordinating with the Warehouse Manager for timely replenishment.
  • Track Buy Box status and address competitor price discrepancies or MAP violations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries manage feedback and oversee removal requests for negative reviews when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the PPC specialist to track advertising performance and align efforts with ongoing promotions.


Weekly & Monthly Tasks:

  • Conduct weekly checkins with brand managers to review sales performance challenges and upcoming initiatives.
  • Use Helium 10 and Titan Tools for keyword ranking analysis competitor research and content optimization.
  • Plan and execute A/B testing on product titles images and A content to improve conversion rates.
  • Assess pricing and coordinate promotions (Amazon Deals coupons Lightning Deals seasonal campaigns).
  • Oversee inventory forecasting and replenishment planning ensuring efficient stock distribution between FBA and AWD.
  • Maintain and enhance Brand Stores and A Content for maximum impact.


Qualifications:

  • Extensive handson experience with Amazon Seller Central including resolving listing issues managing inventory and optimizing account health.
  • Proficiency in Helium 10 Amazon analytics platforms for COGs updates keyword tracking and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical skills for sales forecasting performance tracking and datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Experience managing multiple brands on Amazon preferably in the US ecommerce space.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) for daily interactions with USbased teams.
  • Proactive highly organized and adaptable to Amazons everchanging marketplace dynamics.


Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with Titan Tools.
  • Experience managing US ecommerce marketplaces.
  • Background in Amazon advertising (PPC management) and Amazon Brand Registry.
