Join our Investor Relations team in London
Spinnaker FX is looking for a detailorientated proactive and creative individual with welldeveloped communication and project management skills to join our Investor Relations team in our London office. This role offers the opportunity to help develop and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients promote the firms range of investment capabilities and be part of an inclusive and collegiate working environment. You will report directly to one of our relationship managers (RMs) while working closely with other members of the Investor Relations team. The role also offers significant opportunities for professional development and involvement in some of the companys key highlevel commercial decisions.
Tasks
What youll do daytoday
Your primary responsibilities will include working with relationship managers (RMs) to cultivate relationships provide timely and accurate responses to incoming requests keep investors informed of company developments and strategies and maintain the data and operational infrastructure that supports these efforts. You will play an important role in managing longterm projects including designing and maintaining robust product development and prospecting processes while coordinating with members of the Investor Relations team and other groups. You will become well versed in financial concepts and capital markets as well as the companys investment capabilities developing an indepth understanding of our clients and potential clients their businesses and their relationships with the company.
Requirements
Who were looking for
A bachelors degree is required as well as a track record of academic and professional achievement plus at least one to four years experience in the financial markets.
We are looking for candidates who have a genuine interest in financial markets and a willingness to develop their understanding of financial concepts and terminology.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills are required as well as careful attention to detail.
A processorientated mindset the ability to carry out shortterm tasks while managing longterm projects effectively and a desire to work as part of a team are vital for this role.
Candidates who can work effectively with colleagues at different hierarchical levels both within and outside their own team are highly valued.
Individuals with a commercial mindset who thrive in a rigorous and collaborative environment and who are looking to grow professionally will succeed in this role.
