Minutes to Seconds is looking for an Application Support Analyst in a Fulltime position.
Requirements
We are seeking a knowledgeable support analyst to maintain and monitor the
efficiency of our software applications in a fastpaced environment. The incumbent will be extensively involved in the IT incident management and resolution application performance and application availability review update and testing of the Bank s Business Continuity Plan.
Areas of Responsibility
Review and manage the performance of all the applications on regular basis
Coordinate with development and application support team for issue resolution as per the SLA s
Monitor application vulnerabilities and work with development teams for timely closure
Act as a trusted technology advisor for successful implementation of tech initiatives
Establishing root cause of application errors and escalating the issue to relevant application support team
Liaison between offshore technology teams and business stakeholders for providing essential information for troubleshooting of issues
Monitoring and controlling IT operational costs.
Functional Skills
Relevant experience in application support for banking and financial clients
Good knowledge of Office Suite of products
Ability to deliver in a challenging and past phased environment
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to provide prompt and courteous service to both internal/external customers.
