Talent Acquisition & Hiring Strategy
Oversee the entire TA Nonmass & Mass to ensure full scope of hiring management from planning resourcing strategy to delivery with 20 members.
Plan & provide longterm recruitment plans & solutions effectively and efficiently to attract and hire qualified & quantified candidates for business operations.
Work closely with EB team to develop and deliver effective EB strategies to build the companys talent pipeline
Develop and maintain a network of potential future hires (especially with high management levels) to engage potential candidates
Stay abreast of the market/ industry knowing where to find best talents for our diverse and varied needs
Ensure hiring efficiency and optimization through effective recruitment budget usage enhancement by well planning recruitment resources based on sourcing performance analysis & forecast and optimal vendor management.
Manage all recruiting activities initiatives and solutions to conduct timely and qualified hiring with effective costs
Build credible and trusted relationships with hiring managers to understand their business and hiring needs and provide suitable candidate pool.
Promote company culture in talent acquisition s activities.
Management & Coaching:
Manage train and develop team of recruiters to enhance recruitment capacity.
Provide coaching and mentorship to the talent acquisition team to develop their skills and capabilities
Others
Manage and constantly redefine recruiting tools systems policies processes and reports to drive operational efficiency
Involved in other HR projects as required or related duties assigned by Line Manager
BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
Proven work experience as a Head of Talent Acquisition or similar role.
At least 5 years experience in HR Management/ leadership role with proven experience in strategic talent acquisition in both executives & mass hiring.
Demonstrable experience managing fullcycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster longterm relationships (with internal teams external partners and candidates).
Strategic mindset good observation assessment and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership & team management experience to lead a big team (15 members) with diverse seniority level.
Strong problemsolving cando attitude & result oriented.
Business acumen project management and presentation skills.
Fluent in English & Vietnamese communication.
