Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Create wireframes mockups and prototypes to communicate and test design concepts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on design solutions based on feedback and data.
- Write clear engaging and userfocused copy that complements the design and guides users effectively.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with the product s tone and brand voice.
- Use analytics and user data to refine user flows and optimize the product experience.
- Continuously evaluate product performance and make informed design adjustments.
- Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces that align with business goals.
- Map out seamless user flows that improve engagement and satisfaction.
- Partner with product managers to align on requirements and goals.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and copy.
- Incorporate feedback from testing and data analysis to refine designs and user flows.
- Stay informed on design trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design Web Design Interaction Design or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in UX/UI or product design.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
- Strong understanding of usercentered design principles.
- Ability to create wireframes prototypes and detailed design specifications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on user needs and business goals.
- Creative problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
- Someone who can adapt to the latest AI technologies such as ChatGPT and leverage them to enhance their productivity and efficiency.
- Open to work as an Independent Contractor
- Has a ready work from home setup and with available equipment and stable internet connection
