T24 Business Analyst – Core Banking / Private Wealth Management

We are seeking for an ideal candidate who is a highly experienced T24 Business Analyst having indepth product knowledge and handson experience with one or more of the following modules of T24:

• Securities
• Treasury
• Derivatives
• Payments
• Data Migration

The candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance and configuration advice to our banking clients on Temenos products throughout the project lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your deep T24 product knowledge and banking expertise to deliver bestinclass solutions for our clients.

We seek strong experience in core banking and private wealth management specifically within Temenos T24 implementations.

2. Key Responsibilities – list what the person will be doing on a day to day basis:

• Analyzing client business needs and translating them into actionable Temenos Transact solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and business teams to identify user requirements and specifications.
• Develop clear and concise specifications (BRDs & FSDs) for local development ensuring the development team understands the project requirements.
• Identify and validate any gaps together with proposals for their resolution (e.g. workarounds or changes in processes) and ensure any solutions proposed are realistic and within the agreed scope of the project.
• Define and validate customization needs for TEMENOS products as per agreed business definitions.
• Able to articulate Non Functional requirements.
• Prepare and perform the functional testing to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage the communications with all stakeholders and be a single point of contact for the endtoend solutions.

Essential Skills:

• Excellent functional understanding in majority of the following:
  • Securities Static data/Instrument/Portfolio setup Order/Trade Management including fees/taxes/commissions setup. Management Fees Settlement SWIFT/Delivery messages Reconciliations Accounting Valuations Corporate Actions (Diary/Entitlement processing)
  • Derivatives (DX) modules configuration transaction processing.
  • Cash Products (Accounts Deposits Loans FX) Remittances (FT module and not TPH) & Payments.
  • Financial Accounting/Reporting (Accounting entries Consolidation of Asset & Liab Profit & Loss Consolidation Parameters Contract Balances Internal & Regulatory reporting)
• Expertise in documentation and review of BRD & FSD’s.
• Analytical and highly organized with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
• Effective team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills thriving in a multicultural environment.
• Agile Methodology.
• Exceptional presentation skills to confidently convey complex information to both technical and nontechnical teams.
