You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Functional Business Analyst (BA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities business processes and requirements gathering to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including stakeholders project managers and developers to design implement and optimize Salesforce solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements objectives and pain points. Ensure these are translated into clear and actionable functional specifications.
Salesforce Configuration:
Guide the configuration of Salesforce features such as custom objects workflows approval processes reports dashboards and security settings. Ensure that these align with business requirements.
Business Process Mapping:
Map and analyze existing business processes and workflows identifying areas of improvement. Assist in redesigning processes using Salesforce functionality to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams. Facilitate communication between nontechnical business users and technical teams to ensure the solution meets business needs.
Solution Design:
Work with Salesforce developers and architects to design optimal solutions within Salesforce ensuring scalability reliability and alignment with industry best practices.
User Story Creation & Backlog Management:
Write user stories acceptance criteria and support backlog grooming and prioritization sessions to ensure smooth execution of sprints in an Agile environment.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Assist in the creation of test plans test cases and perform system testing to ensure the Salesforce solutions meet business requirements. Work with QA teams to ensure highquality releases.
Training & Documentation:
Create and maintain user guides training materials and documentation. Provide enduser training and support to ensure effective use of Salesforce solutions.
Change Management:
Support change management efforts helping endusers transition to new Salesforce processes and features. Ensure adoption and user engagement through effective communication and support.
Reporting & Analytics:
Define and implement custom reports and dashboards to track key business metrics helping stakeholders make informed decisions.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay current with Salesforce product features and best practices. Provide recommendations to improve existing Salesforce configurations and business processes.
