Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams stakeholders and clients to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status updates and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and quality standards.
- Foster a positive team environment and provide guidance and support to project team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager preferably in IT.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall).
- Excellent organizational leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Asana Trello).
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
