Job Description
Position: Project Manager
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Salary: Negotiable (Expat Package)
About Our Client:
Our client is a key player in a consortium dedicated to delivering the Kingdom of Saudi Arabias
ambitious National Renewable Energy Program. This initiative aims to achieve a total renewable
energy capacity of 11.4 GW once fully operational
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning execution and delivery of projects within this groundbreaking program. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the world s most significant renewable energy endeavors while living in a rapidly modernizing and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership:
Oversee the execution of renewable energy projects ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
Lead multidisciplinary teams fostering collaboration among engineers contractors and stakeholders.
Planning & Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans including scope schedules budgets and resource allocation.
Manage daytoday operations to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary liaison between consortium members government agencies and other stakeholders.
Provide regular updates and reports on project status milestones and performance metrics.
Risk & Quality Control:
Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project delivery.
Ensure strict adherence to international standards safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
Leverage cuttingedge technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Engineering Project Management or a related field with at least 15years of experience
Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
Proven track record in managing largescale renewable energy or infrastructure projects
Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional teams in complex highpressure environments.
Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies including solar wind or energy storage systems.
Familiarity with international standards safety protocols and environmental compliance specific to renewable energy projects.
