Job Description

As a BPO Recruitment Coordinator you ll serve as the cornerstone of talent acquisition. From coordinating interviews to streamlining processes your role is pivotal in bridging talent with opportunity and ensuring smooth recruitment operations.

Your Daily Tasks

Talent Acquisition (TA) Support

  • Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Facilitate interviews by conducting initial screenings guiding the process and documenting detailed notes.
  • Communicate effectively between hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor the hiring process to ensure timely and informed decisionmaking.
  • Review and assess candidate qualifications using resumes portfolios and other application materials.
  • Screen applicants to confirm they meet minimum job requirements.
  • Identify and source potential candidates for open positions.
  • Provide administrative support for onboarding new hires.
  • Assist in internal recruitment initiatives when necessary.

Reports and Document Management

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate job and candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) reports and dashboards.
  • Communicate with team members to understand reporting needs and generate recruitment reports.
  • Ensure resume formats adhere to standard templates.
  • Organize and maintain recruitment files reports and dashboards ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Effective Communication

  • Engage stakeholders through effective verbal and written communication.
  • Respond promptly to queries from internal and external stakeholders with accurate information.

Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines protocols and legal requirements for safeguarding information and data privacy.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all private information handled.

Other Duties

  • Perform administrative or nonadministrative tasks assigned by company representatives as directed.

The Qualifications We Seek Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1 2 years of experience in talent acquisition support or a fast-paced administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Competency with reporting and analytical tools. Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and their reporting capabilities. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess and present key data. Knowledge of talent acquisition concepts, practices, and procedures (strongly preferred). Experience with applicant tracking systems or databases (preferred).
