Paid Hours per Week: 40 Hours
We are looking for a detailoriented and proactive Menu & Approval Documents Coordinator to oversee the uploading updating and maintenance of client approval documents and menu designs across online food delivery platforms. This role requires exceptional attention to detail efficiency in responding to feedback and dedication to ensuring store compliance and accuracy through regular reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and manage client approval documents.
- Review and update approval documents based on client feedback.
- Upload and maintain new menu designs on clients online food delivery platforms.
- Monitor the accuracy and consistency of uploaded content.
- Conduct regular reviews to maintain store health and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Interest in the food and hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in managing online platforms and content uploads (experience with food delivery apps is a plus)
