- Log customer issues track progress and escalate complex problems to senior support staff or other departments when needed.
- Product and Service Knowledge:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company s products services and policies.
- Stay updated on new product releases promotions and internal updates to provide accurate information to customers.
- Customer Feedback Collection:
