Job Summary
As a Content Marketing Specialist you will develop promotional materials designed to drive conversions mastering the art of creating compelling taglines and hooks for LinkedIn ads landing page copy and email invitations. You will also produce content that supports every stage of the marketing funnel turning webinar recordings and expert interviews into engaging articles downloadable assets such as checklists and ebooks and informative organic LinkedIn posts.
Your Role in a Nutshell
Shift: 8:00am4:00pm MK time
Work Setup: Onsite Skopje

- Develop promotional materials that convert. Master the art of crafting compelling taglines and hooks for LinkedIn ads landing page text and email invitations.
- Produce content that spans the entire marketing funnel. Transform webinar recordings and expert interviews into engaging articles downloadable assets like checklists and ebooks and educational organic LinkedIn posts.
- Create LinkedIn ads and other similar visuals in Figma optimized for the platform following our visual identity.
Requirements
What You Need to Succeed
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in working with CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot).
- Experience using CMS systems (we use Strapi).
Bonus Skills:
- Video and podcast editing.
- Setting up campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Advanced design for assets like onepagers and ebooks.
- Conducting SEO analysis and optimization.
Other Skills:
- Ability to work independently collaboratively and in a structured manner within a remote setting.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken.
- Experience with B2B marketing and understanding B2B audiences.
