Be part of our client s team as a Product Support Specialist where youll play a key role in developing groundbreaking financial data processing solutions for commercial real estate. Youll work alongside a dynamic team performing analysis testing and supporting product discovery to create innovative solutions that redefine the real estate industry.
The Essentials of Your New Role
Shift: 10 AM 6 PM MK Time
Work Setup: Permanent WorkfromHome / Remote
- Performing assigned analysis and research tasks efficiently accurately and with great attention to detail
- Expanding and enriching the data schema for the existing product and assisting in creating schemas for new developments
- Creating highquality training datasets to support machine learning model development
- Assisting with product discovery activities including researching and analyzing new document types for prioritization
- Conducting manual application tests and immediately escalating issues to the team by raising bug reports
- Performing UAT testing before production deployments to ensure system functionality
- Writing product and technical tickets while adhering to best practices
- Assisting in creating and maintaining team and product documentation
- Proactively identifying opportunities for analysis and improvements and sharing insights and ideas with the team
- Working closely with team members and providing support for engineering and data science tasks as needed
Requirements
What We re Looking For
- Prior experience working in a technical team environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data organization and analysis
- Exceptional attention to detail a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to quality
- A positive cando attitude with the ability to quickly learn new concepts and tools
- A natural curiosity and eagerness to explore analyze and solve problems
- A willingness to develop an indepth understanding of financial data in commercial real estate and become a subject matter expert in the associated product offering
