Job Description
As an Operations Support Analyst you will take the lead in creating insightful reports analyzing key processes and identifying areas for operational improvements. Your work will drive impactful decisions and support training initiatives ensuring optimal efficiency and alignment with global best practices.
Job Overview
Shift: 10 AM 6 PM MK time
Work Setup: Remote/Work from Home (Macedonia)
Your Daily Tasks
- Operations Support: Assist in managing endtoend processes including JML newsletters and permission controls ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Reporting & Analysis: Create operational reports analyze KPIs and identify trends to drive process improvements.
- Process Optimization: Document workflows identify bottlenecks and implement enhancements.
- Documentation & Training: Develop and update SOPs training materials and process documentation to maintain clarity and alignment.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to gather data and streamline communication.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct audits ensure data accuracy and uphold reporting standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior management.
Requirements

- Expertise in data analysis and reporting with solid Excel skills as a must.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies.
- Strong documentation and communication abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Proven capability in crossfunctional collaboration and project management.
- Adaptability and strategic thinking.
- Technical proficiency with data tools (a plus).
