Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance & Repairs: Inspect repair and maintain systems like plumbing electrical HVAC and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid equipment failure.
- General Repairs: Handle minor repairs such as painting carpentry and fixing fixtures or appliances.
- Documentation: Maintain records of maintenance schedules repairs and parts inventory.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all work complies with safety and regulatory standards.
- Emergency Response: Address urgent repair needs to restore functionality promptly.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Experience: Experience in general maintenance or specialized trades (e.g. electrician plumber).
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting multitasking and problemsolving abilities.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting heavy objects standing for long periods and working in various environments.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with tools equipment and safety protocols.
