Required Skills : 100% Remote but occasional travel to Houston or Chicago office 10 years managing projects Demonstrated successful project delivery Managing single or multiple large complex projects across multiple functions Provide leadership guidance influence and mentoring for project teams Presenting escalating and providing solutions to senior leadership and executives Proven expertise successfully managing business and technical resources under an integrated project plan to ensure the alignment of resources Demonstrated proficiency in facilitating delegating and motivating cross functional groups or activities Highly organized and the ability to multitask competing priorities demands and timelines Provides input on strategic decisions to leadership as required
