Job Description
We re seeking a skilled and detailoriented Accountant/Tax Preparer to join our fastpaced growing team. In this role you ll have the exciting opportunity to manage financial records prepare tax returns and assist with audit processes for our highprofile clientele. You ll work with stateoftheart accounting software such as NetSuite and QuickBooks Online as well as specialized tax preparation tools like CCH Access. This position offers a unique blend of challenging work professional growth and the chance to make a significant impact in a rapidly expanding practice.
Responsibilities
- Expertly manage financial records and perform comprehensive bookkeeping tasks using NetSuite and QuickBooks Online
- Prepare and file accurate U.S. tax returns for diverse clients using CCH Access
- Collaborate with senior team members on audit preparations and processes
- Handle sensitive accounting tasks for highprofile clients maintaining strict confidentiality at all times
- Work seamlessly with our U.S.based team during business hours ensuring smooth communication and workflow
- Stay current with U.S. accounting principles and tax laws to provide topnotch service to our clients
Requirements
- Proven proficiency in NetSuite and QuickBooks Online with the ability to navigate complex financial systems
- Substantial experience in U.S. tax preparation and familiarity with CCH Access
- Strong understanding of U.S. accounting principles and current tax laws
- Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of maintaining high accuracy in financial work
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with highprofile clients
- Willingness to work remotely and align with Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and data security
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CPA EA) are a plus but not required
