Responsibilities
- Expertly manage and execute bank and credit card imports into QuickBooks ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct comprehensive bank reconciliations for an extensive portfolio of approximately 200 QuickBooks files on a monthly basis
- Meticulously update and maintain financial data in QuickBooks guaranteeing the integrity and reliability of financial records
- Implement and maintain robust systems to ensure the utmost accuracy and timeliness of all financial records
- Provide valuable support with basic invoicing and payroll tasks contributing to the smooth operation of the finance department
- Collaborate effectively with USbased team members bridging time zones and cultures to deliver seamless financial services
- Utilize cuttingedge financial software and tools including secure password management systems to maintain the highest standards of data security and efficiency
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks with a track record of managing multiple company files simultaneously
- Extensive experience in performing bank reconciliations and financial data imports particularly in highvolume environments
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy in all financial tasks
- Strong ability to work independently manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fastpaced global environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain clarity in complex financial landscapes
- Fluency in English both written and verbal to ensure clear communication with USbased team members and clients
- Flexibility to work fulltime adhering to a schedule of Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time (night shift in the Philippines)
- Proven ability to handle sensitive financial information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion
- Adaptability to learn and efficiently utilize new software tools and financial management systems
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to take initiative in improving processes and workflows
