As we continue to grow our strong remote workforce in the Philippines we are looking for a passionate and experienced Virtual Assistant Bookkeeper to join our Virtual team.
Position Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant specializing in bookkeeping you will play a key role in managing our financial processes ensuring accuracy in records and providing critical support using NetSuite. This role is ideal for a selfmotivated individual who thrives in a remote work environment and has a passion for financial organization and optimization.
JOB DESCRIPTION
.
Bookkeeping & Financial Management:
o Record daytoday financial transactions and complete the posting process.
o Reconcile bank accounts credit card statements and other financial accounts.
o Maintain an organized system of financial records.

NetSuite Expertise:
o Manage and maintain financial data in NetSuite ERP.
o Assist in customizing and optimizing NetSuite workflows and reports.
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite functionality.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:
o Process invoices payments and manage vendor accounts.
o Track and follow up on overdue invoices.
.
Reporting:
o Generate and analyze financial reports to assist with decisionmaking.
o Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial summaries.
.
Administrative Support:
o Organize and maintain financial documentation for easy access.
o Provide general administrative support as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
.
Minimum 23 years experience as a Virtual Assistant Bookkeeper or similar role.
.
Proficiency with NetSuite ERP is mandatory.
.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.
