Job Description
We are seeking a Business Operations Manager who is pivotal in transforming innovative ideas into successful business outcomes. Youll assist company leaders in executing strategic initiatives streamlining processes improving operational efficiency driving performance improvements fostering effective communication and being a trusted advisor to the Leadership Team. Your role is to act as a strategic advisor management leader and thought partner.
What does the job involve
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and process improvements; work with crossfunctional teams to implement changes that optimize business processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals to ensure effective execution of departmental and companywide goals fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Ensure projects and initiatives are executed efficiently on time and within budget; develop and maintain tools to track and provide regular updates to the CEO on project progress.
- Facilitate communication and information flow between the CEO executive team and various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Build dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) identify trends and present datadriven insights and recommendations to the Leadership Team.
- Assist leaders in addressing complex challenges and solving problems by providing innovative solutions aligned with our objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field; an MBA is strongly preferred.
- 7 years in progressively responsible leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of systemslevel operations and organizational design to deliver desired outcomes companywide.
- Handson expertise in navigating African markets is a plus.
