Cross Border Talents is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for native or fluent German speakers! Were hiring Customer Advisors for our partner BPO company to work on an exclusive technical project for a wellknown search engine company (yes that one ).
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Start Date: January 8 2025
Schedule: Rotational 40 hours/week
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM 08:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM 05:00 PM
- Days Off: 2 rotational days
Workplace: OnSite
Contract Type: CDD 6 months

- Adaptability: Comfortable with rotational shifts and dynamic workflows.
Your Package & Perks:
- Base Salary: 1100 EUR (14 payments/year)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 120 EUR/month for meeting KPIs
- Complexity Bonus: 135 EUR/month for mastering technical processes
- Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR/day
- Transport Allowance: 20 EUR/month
- Health Insurance: Coverage from Day 1 (free after 6 months).

Relocation Support:
Reimbursement of Airfare at the end of the 6th month of the contract up to 400 in Economy class
Relocation from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months with rent of 280 with all utility bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)
