- Position: Head Chef
- Cuisine: Japanese
- Experience:
At least the last two years of his experience should be as a Head Chef or assistant Chef
Luxury Japanese Restaurant Experience is also preferred.
Five Star Property experience is added advantage.
- Japanese Cuisine Experience is a must.
- Open Nationality
