Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Pastry Chef at Sapphire Plaza Hotel Doha. The Assistant Pastry Chef will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with bakery, food preparation, baking, cooking, and culinary skills. They will work closely with the Pastry Chef to create and deliver mouth-watering menus, delicious cocktails, and fabulous cakes that provide a delightful dining experience for our guests. Qualifications • Bakery, Food Preparation, and Culinary Skills • Experience in baking and cooking • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment • Creativity and attention to detail • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Strong communication and teamwork abilities • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
