Oversee all employeerelated practices such as recruitment termination benefits and retirement plans and employee relations and solve potential issues associated with them
Conceive and implement a professional HR development plan to ensure high productivity and regulatory compliance
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure their proper implementation in the companys practices
Supervise daytoday administrative operations to maintain and reinforce good communication with all operations employees
Recommend improvements to policies and practices to make sure the HR department operates as per industry standards
Requirements
7 years of experience in HR Management and Administration or other relevant corporate or business setting such as Personnel or Organizational Development
Must have solid background in Performance Management systems (Hay/Mercer model) Talent Management Organization Development Compensation and Benefits HR Operating Models and Administration.
Bachelors degree in HR Administration Management Business Management or related field
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software such as HRMS/HRIS
Proven management and organizational skills and the ability to foster relationships crossdepartmentally
