Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and handson Product Lead/Growth Hacker with experience in Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC). This role is ideal for someone eager to make a significant impact quickly scale products and drive innovation. You will work on building launching and growing products within the ONDC ecosystem combining technical expertise with a sharp business acumen.

Experience:
- 2 4 years in product management growth hacking or a related role with handson experience in ONDC or similar ecosystems.
- Proven track record of quickly scaling products or initiatives with limited resources.
Technical Expertise:
- Familiarity with ONDC protocols APIs and digital commerce frameworks.
- Basic understanding of product development and Agile methodologies.
GrowthOriented Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
- Ability to design and execute creative resourceefficient growth experiments.
