Job Title: Product Lead / Growth Hacker (ONDC Specialist)

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and handson Product Lead/Growth Hacker with experience in Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC). This role is ideal for someone eager to make a significant impact quickly scale products and drive innovation. You will work on building launching and growing products within the ONDC ecosystem combining technical expertise with a sharp business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development:
- Conceptualize and execute product strategies tailored to ONDC standards.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and integrate ONDCcompliant features and APIs.

- Identify and execute growth strategies to onboard users network participants and partners within ONDC.
- Design lowcost highimpact experiments to validate market fit and scale rapidly.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with ONDC stakeholders aggregators and regulators to ensure compliance and smooth product operations.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners for ONDC integration.

Product Optimization:
- Continuously analyze user behavior and product performance to identify areas for improvement.

- Take full ownership of product deliverables ensuring timely delivery with a focus on customercentric solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Requirements
Experience:
- 2 4 years in product management growth hacking or a related role with handson experience in ONDC or similar ecosystems.
- Proven track record of quickly scaling products or initiatives with limited resources.

Benefits
Compensation
- Base Salary: 8 10 LPA (adjust based on the candidates experience and location).
- Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of annual CTC.

Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification such as CA, CA Inter 2. Proven experience (X years) in internal auditing, with a focus on payroll, revenue, or financial processes. 3. Strong understanding of payroll systems, financial accounting principles, and statutory regulations. 4. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. 5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. 6. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
