Job Description
As a Non Voice Agent (Data Annotator) youll play a pivotal role in ensuring a safe and engaging online environment. You ll monitor usergenerated content provide customer support and contribute to the development of machine learning models all while refining the platforms processes for excellence.
Shift: Shifting
Salary: Up to PHP12000
Work Setup: Onsite SM Clark Pampanga
Content Review and Moderation
- Monitor and review usercreated content including text images and videos ensuring all platform activity adheres to guidelines.
- Detect and address risks that may violate policies procedures or community standards.
- Respond to reports about inappropriate or offensive content and take appropriate action such as flagging or removing violations.
Customer Support
- Provide constructive responses to customers about flagged or removed content clearly explaining the reasons for actions taken.
Machine Learning Support
- Organize and label data to help train machine learning models with highquality examples.
- Maintain detailed notes on content reviews including the rationale behind actions taken.
Process Improvement
- Offer feedback to enhance moderation techniques and refine policies and procedures.
Requirements
Skills That Speak Volumes
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in content moderation data annotation or a similar role (candidates with no experience are welcome to apply).
- Can start ASAP.
- Familiarity with content moderation tools and data annotation software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify nuances in content and data.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make quick decisions based on established guidelines.
- Adaptability to changing guidelines and work environments along with a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and an understanding of online community dynamics is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts and annotated data is an advantage.
