Job summary
Operate the business analysis function and the preparation of business plans.
Ideal Capabilities /skills Business capabilities:
- 10 years of experience in Business analysis.
- Real estate business field is preferred.
- Relevant practical real estate development valuation or analytical experience.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration/ Finance. Finance Analysis certificates is plus.
Current location: Egypt (mandatory)
Language: Arabic and English
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination for the preparation of project business plans & Cash flows. Development of budgets (Annual & quarterly reforecasts).Development of portfolio consolidation & roll out tracking from a financial perspective. Coordination with Development teams to progress / achieve the agreed Business Plan.
- Prepare monthly sales & inventory reports and identifying solutions for slowmoving products.
- Coordinating with Market Research consultants.
- Identifying business opportunities after conducting feasibility studies.
- Ensure accuracy integrity and consistency of input assumptions and data used in feasibilities business plans and budgets.
- Making Recommendations in a proactive basis
- Ensure market intelligence data is shared with internal stakeholder via dashboards
- Ensure product pricing & product costing is tracked accurately and shared with regional teams. Perform other duties as assigned.
