Job Description
About the client
Our client is a leading Thailand headquartered group with plans to go public by 2026. They have 2 subsidiaries a leading Bag spa and a well known laundry service providers in Thailand.
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Prepare financial statements and manage external audits to ensure compliance with PAEs standards.
- Ensure that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations regarding taxes and reporting requirements.
- Ensure that accounting records are accurate and up to date by conducting audits of financial transactions
- Manage accounting staff including hiring training and evaluating performance
- Prepare the annual budgeting and forecasting (Revenue cost and cash flow projection)
- Coordinate with external auditors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or higher in accounting.
- At least 510years experience in PAEs standards or related fields.
- Preference for candidates with background in working with Public company limited
- CPA and/or CPD is preferred
- Good command of English
- Good level of computer literacy including MS Office
