Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for an Expert Product Owner fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the companys premises or onsite at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.
Your tasks
Validate requirements and propose solutions by combining IT tools and business process refactoring or improvements;
Creates user stories and acceptance tests from themes and features granular enough for a single sprint;
Reviews deliverable and demonstrable product version/software functionalities after every sprint;
Organize live demonstration of the product at the end of the sprint;
Facilitate the acceptance of the product by the business;
Assist with prioritization and resolution of defects / bugs.
Requirements
University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 14 years;
Minimum 5 years of experience with large enterpriselevel multiuser Information Systems;
Minimum 5 years of experience with Application Management Lifecycle;
Minimum 5 years of experience in designing new features to improve a product and translating this design towards the development team;
Minimum 5 years of specific expertise in building the product roadmap to ensure it complies with the users vision;
At least 3 years of experience in Agile Methodology and Agile Toolbox (i.e. JIRA Confluence BigPicture Gliffy Balsamiq);
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or SAFe Product Owner or equivalent certification is required;
Excellent command of the English language.
