Job Description
- Supervise and support the Front Office team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure smooth daily operations at the Front Desk including processes such as; check ins check outs & guest requests
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Lead by example with high energy a cando attitude and true passion for guest experience.
- Champion upselling making sure Department targets are met.
- Handle and manage transactions billing and guest accounts.
- Build relationships and rapport with other Departments to assist in the smooth running of the Hotel operation.
- Seek out opportunities to create special moments and experiences for our guests.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a Front Office leadership role within a Hotel or Resort
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Exceptional problemsolving abilities and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Opera
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights weekends and public holidays.
- Full working rights in Australia
