At STRI we are hiring for a reputed NGO Client. The position is that of Senior Manager Fundraising (CSRInstitutional Sales)
About the role:
The person shall be responsible for the organizations financial goals by acquiring and onboarding new corporate partners nurturing strong relationships and ensuring program funding. This role involves collaborating with corporate partners to enhance satisfaction with program delivery and employee engagement promoting retention and loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales or fundraising strong communication skills and a commitment to nonprofit impact.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead fundraising from Corporates. Ensuring a balance of multiyear and oneyear projects
- Own retention of partners engagement reporting employee Volunteering and delight.
- Work with program teams within the org to identify any funding gaps and leverage relationships and opportunities to secure funding for those.
- Foster a HighPerformance team Culture that s rooted in people processes & systems
- Managing Compliance & Reporting Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and overseeing accurate timely reporting of all fundraising activities.
Educational Qualification/Experience:
- At least Eight years sales fundraising or customer service experience
- Any nonprofit/ Banking / sales / corporate fundraising experience would be an advantage
- Any graduate degree having an MBA in relevant disciplines preferred.
- Proven experience in fundraising from Corporates is essential (Minimum 10 Cr)

- Reasonable understanding of the nonprofit sector fundraising and donor relationship management
- Techsavvy with exceptional communication and influencing skills in English
- Very strong networking and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders including donors staff and volunteers
- Highly resourceful team player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Forwardlooking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software like Salesforce Project Management tool like Asana.
