We re looking for a proactive and customerfocused Sales Representative to handle RFQ operations and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. RFQ Management
- Promptly handle new customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Acknowledge receipt of RFQs and provide updates throughout the process.
2. Part Sourcing
- Search for parts across internal systems Radwell eBay (UK US Germany etc.) and Alibaba.
- Utilize Google Images and collaborate with the team for hardtofind parts.
- Ensure efficient management of found parts to avoid duplication.
3. Pricing & Quoting
- Verify pricing using stock data and market comparisons.
- Apply appropriate markups considering availability urgency and logistics costs.
- Send accurate quotes and create new listings for unavailable parts.
4. Proactive FollowUps
- Call customers immediately after sending quotes to discuss and close deals.
- Maintain consistent followup via phone or email to secure orders.
- Build strong relationships by checking in with existing customers regularly to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
5. Order & Payment Coordination
- Confirm purchase orders and liaise with internal teams for part verification and processing.
- Follow up on pending payments via email and phone to ensure timely order fulfillment.
6. Customer Relationship Building
- Call past customers to explore new inquiries and maintain engagement.
- Actively work on keeping customers happy by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Build longterm relationships to foster customer loyalty and trust.
7. Delivery Management
- Track shipments expedite deliveries and notify customers of progress.
- Apologize and resolve any issues in case of delays to ensure a positive experience.

Resilient attitude to handle customer objections and rejections. Preferred Experience Prior experience in sales, RFQ handling, or industrial automation. Knowledge of customs, duties, and logistics for international sourcing.
Education
Required: Bachelor s Degree in any of the following fields: Business Administration Marketing Commerce Engineering (Electrical/Electronics preferred) Any related field Preferred: Master s Degree (optional but advantageous): MBA in Sales and Marketing Postgraduate Diploma in Sales or Customer Relationship Management Additional Qualifications (Advantageous): Certification in Sales or Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Familiarity with industrial automation or electronics through technical cou
