As People & Culture Executive the purpose of this role is to attract select and engage talented individuals for Marham. Ensuring that we hire the right people and create an environment where our teams feel motivated satisfied and connected to the Marhams mission and values.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highquality candidates.
Source candidates through various channels such as job boards social media referrals and professional networks.
Review resumes conduct prescreening and assess candidates qualifications and fit with company culture.
Coordinate and participate in job fairs campus recruitment events and other talent acquisition activities.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
Employee Engagement:
Design and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment and enhance team satisfaction.
Conduct surveys analyze results and provide recommendations to improve employee engagement.
Plan and coordinate team recognition initiatives such as awards appreciation events and milestone celebrations.
Onboarding and Retention
Develop and implement an effective onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies procedures and culture.
Monitor employee satisfaction and identify areas of improvement to increase employee retention.
Employer Branding:
Promote the companys employer brand through various channels including social media industry events and online platforms.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align employer branding efforts with overall organizational goals.
Monitor and respond to online reviews and comments to maintain a positive employer reputation.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience of 1 2 years in recruitment and employee engagement roles.
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies sourcing techniques and selection processes.
Familiarity with employee engagement best practices and strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates teams and academia linkages.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in HR software Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferably Zoho Recruit.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
