Job Description
- Prepare CMM programs as required to CAD data and or prints for component parts and assemblies
- Performs first off inprocess & endofrun report
- Performs ballooning of customer prints/drawings
- Performs layout of checking fixtures
- Performs any other layout according to the layout request issues reports
- Reviews layout with responsible product and quality engineer
- Prepares data for the PPAP submission as requested
- Performs gauge studies GR & R s (attribute and variables)
- Monitor gauge control software ensure gauges are calibrated/verified as per schedule & gauge control procedures
- Participate and assist in problem solving & analysis
Requirements
- Actively participate in APQP Process especially in Gauge and Fixture design
- Performs required incoming inspections based on the Receiving incoming Inspection logs
- Any other duties as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager
- Personal computer (Microsoft Word Excel)
- CMM measuring devices

Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineer
