We are looking for a Recruiter to join our HR team. You will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. If you are passionate about finding the right talent and contributing to our company s growth we d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job portals social media and networking.
- Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Job Postings: Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract potential candidates.
- Coordination: Schedule interviews follow up with candidates and manage communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Employer Branding: Promote Vibcare Healthcare as an employer of choice by maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
Experience:- At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter or in an HR/Assistant HR role with recruitment responsibilities.
Education:- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business or a related field.
Skills:- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office (Word Excel).
Personal Traits:- Highly organized and detailoriented.
- Proactive and selfmotivated.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
