Job Description
Role Overview We are looking for a Production Chemist to join our Liquid Section. You will be responsible for overseeing the production processes of liquid medicines ensuring quality and efficiency in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing Operations: Manage and oversee the production of liquid pharmaceutical products.
- Quality Control: Ensure all liquid products meet quality standards and GMP guidelines.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance production efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities and batch documentation.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of production equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the quality assurance and production teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in a production chemist role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of GMP guidelines and quality assurance principles.
- Proficient in using production equipment and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel).
- Detailoriented and organized.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Selfmotivated and proactive in identifying improvements.
