Job Description
Montgomery County PA
$28.00 $34.00 Hourly
- Extract and analyze data from our ERP and other systems to create current and forecasted needs; review historical data to set part parameters; establish production standards for work center scheduling.
- Create update and maintain schedules for multiple departments
- Create jobs and priorities based on the current and projected needs of the company
- Analyze inventory levels across multiple phases of manufacturing to understand priority needs and job sizes
- Communicate scheduling conflicts with management throughout the production process
- Direct and assist the Production Control Coordinators and Material Handlers with production priorities.
- Utilize Epicor to track the status of current jobs and update the production team with any discrepancies during the production process.
Requirements
- Minimum 2yrs manufacturing planning experience in an MRP supported environment.
- Some college and CPIM or other relevant certification preferred.
- A background in logistics inventory control or purchasing is beneficial.
- Selfstarter and comfortable working in a team or independently in a fastpaced manufacturing environment where priorities sometimes fluctuate.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including strong Excel experience)
- Strong interpersonal skills written and verbal communication skills and organizational skillsAbility to quickly learn new computer software

Inspect, verify incoming materials and components against purchase orders Document inspection results, report to departments Conduct inspections at various stages of the assembly process to ensure compliance Identify and report defects or inconsistencies in the assembly line, collaborate with production teams Perform final inspections of finished projects before shipment to verify quality, safety standards Documentation and reporting, accurately document all inspection activities and corrective actions in quality management systems Collaborate with Quality Control Manager to refine inspection processes and implement improvement
