Job Description

Profile : Sales Executive

Departement : Sales & Marketing

Experience : 35 Years

Location : Bangalore/ Mumbai (Core)

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Sales : Good Experience in B2b Sales.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and target new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying potential leads within various industries.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Product/Service Presentation: Present and demonstrate the companys products/services to prospective clients ensuring they understand how these offerings can solve their business challenges.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations contract discussions and close deals with new and existing clients.
  • Sales Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and update CRM systems with the status of prospects and opportunities.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends competitive landscape and customer preferences to adjust strategies and offer relevant solutions.
  • Customer Retention: Work closely with the account management and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and longterm satisfaction of clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with Csuite executives and decisionmakers.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) for tracking and managing sales activities.
  • ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving abilities with a consultative sales approach.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing product and customer success.
