Tasks
Gasfin Services GmbH is looking for an Interim Document Controller / Librarian to support the implementation of a new Document Management System (DMS).
As Interim Document Controller/Librarian you will play a key role in managing our interim document storage system based on MS SharePoint preparing the successful implementation of the DMS and supporting the company in implementing best practices for document management.
- Manage and organize all technical documentation and ensure its accessibility to the team.
- Review and update technical documents to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
- Supporting the technical team in finding and obtaining required documents from the library.
- Implementing and maintaining an efficient filing system for technical documents to ensure easy retrieval.
- Ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive technical data by following appropriate security protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in document control archiving or library science.
- Experience with SharePoint including metadata tagging bulk uploads and search optimization.
- Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with document management compliance and security standards.
- Ability to develop and implement document filing procedures.
- Analytical and problemsolving skills to identify and solve document organization challenges.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English

This position will be filled on a temporary basis to a freelancer/freelancer.
The planned project duration is 6 months with the possibility of extension.
