Site lead role: Provide site role for the Renewable Energy Wind Project department aligning activities with overall goals and ensuring the successful and timely implementation of Wind Projects.

Project Development: Lead the development of Wind Projects ensuring meticulous attention to details in Project engineering site assessment Wind Resource assessment and Project scheduling.

Execution Excellence: Oversee the flawless execution of the projects from conception to completion managing resources effectively and ensuring adherence to safety quality and environment standards.

Contractors Management: Develop a system for the prequalification of various contractors/vendors for the execution of Solar projects. Overseeing the progress and monitoring of the performance of the contractors.

Project Control: Identify various risks and plan mitigative measures for the timely execution of the projects. Identify and mitigate project risks through effective risk assessment contingency planning and proactive problemsolving. Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget with perfect quality and excellent safety standards.

Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including government agencies contractors and community partners. Ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators and regularly report on the performance of RE projects to the executive leadership team. Use datadriven insights to continuously improve project outcomes.
Required candidate profile

Minimum of 15 to 22 years of experience in Wind Project management and wind Project execution of largesize projects. Exposure of Hybrid project would be added advantage.

Proven experience in site leadership roles demonstrating strategic role and effective team management.

Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape in the Renewable energy sector.

Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering postgraduation in Business or Project management would be preferred.
