Salary: $50000 $60000

Are you an experienced leader in the hospitality industry with a passion for providing exceptional customer service A popular and respected nationally recognized restaurant concept is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
  • Lead and guide the restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Train mentor and motivate team members to meet high performance standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
  • Enforce food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Analyze financial data including sales labor and inventory reports to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Support in scheduling staff to optimize labor efficiency while maintaining service quality.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and community events to boost restaurant visibility and customer loyalty.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an assistant manager in a fullservice or fastcasual restaurant environment.
  • No more than 2 employers in the last 5 years or 3 employers in the last 9 years (exceptions for closed or sold restaurants).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to handle highstress situations.
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Selfmotivated with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in inventory control and basic financial tasks.
  • Creative ability to build sales and work with the community.
  • Knowledge of restaurant finances budgeting and accounting.
