Job Title: Manager NPD (Sauces Dips & Ketchup Segment)
Position – Manager NPD
Location: Shoghi Shimla
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in New Product Development preferably in sauces dips and condiments

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for our NPD team in the sauces dips and ketchup segment. The ideal candidate will lead the development of innovative and highquality products ensuring they meet market demands and company standards. This role requires a blend of creativity technical expertise and leadership skills to drive projects from concept to commercialization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead New Product Development (NPD) projects from ideation to commercialization ensuring timely and successful execution.
2. Conduct market research to identify trends consumer needs and opportunities for product innovation.
3. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including production quality assurance marketing and procurement to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Develop and test recipes optimizing formulations for scalability costeffectiveness and shelf stability while maintaining product quality.
5. Oversee the sourcing of ingredients and materials in collaboration with the procurement team.
6. Ensure all product development adheres to food safety regulations and quality standards.
7. Maintain detailed documentation of trials formulations and product specifications.
8. Mentor and train junior team members fostering innovation and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology Food Science or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in NPD specifically in sauces dips and condiments.
Export Compliance: Strong knowledge and experience in export compliance and documentation within this segment.
Export Products Expertise: Proven experience in developing exportquality products in the sauces and dips segment.
Strong understanding of ingredient functionality process optimization and food safety standards.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Analytical mindset with problemsolving capabilities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with crossfunctional teams.
