2) Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
DataDriven Decision Making:
1) Utilize data analytics market research and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
ECommerce & Marketplace Strategies:
1) Develop and execute strategies to improve visibility performance and sales on online marketplaces.
Product Marketing:
1) Collaborate with product and sales teams to craft effective product marketing strategies.
2) Ensure the successful launch of new products and features.
Budget Management:
1) Manage the marketing budget effectively allocating resources strategically for optimal results.
Competitive Analysis:
1) Conduct regular analysis of competitors marketing efforts and market trends to identify opportunities.
Performance Metrics:
1) Establish KPIs and performance metrics for marketing initiatives.
2) Track and report results to the executive team regularly.

Qualifications:
Masters degree in a relevant field.
Key Skills:
1) Proven track record of at least 10 years in progressively responsible marketing roles.
2) Demonstrated success in leading and managing marketing teams while fostering collaboration and professional growth.
3) Proficiency in online marketing channels such as SEO/SEM social media content marketing email marketing and performance marketing.
4) Experience with data analytics and market research for informed decisionmaking.
5) Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and online marketplaces.
6) Exceptional strategic thinking problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
7) Basic Photoshop skills.
8) Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
