Your goal To drive high conversion rates with quick responses datadriven insights and humancentric selling.
About the Role
Their typical sales process looks like this:
1. Lead Generation: Prospects visit our website and fill out a form to talk to sales.
2. Demo Scheduling: Prospects receive an email with a link to schedule their demo.
3. Demo Stage: Prospects attend the demo.
4. PostDemo Engagement: After the demo prospects are nurtured via followups using a consultative approach that helps prospects feel confident in their buying decision.
Your primary responsibility will be to own the prospect journey from demo to decision ensuring every lead is handled with professionalism speed and a human touch.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Conversions: Take charge of the postdemo journey ensuring prospects receive timely helpful responses that build trust and confidence in PressOne.
- Own the FollowUp Process: Use a datadriven approach to schedule followups deliver materials and maintain meaningful touch points with prospects.
- Accelerate Decisions: Use consultative selling techniques to address objections and guide prospects toward confident purchasing decisions.
- Data Obsessed: Log and analyse every interaction to refine our sales process working towards predictive accuracy of prospect conversions within 10 days.
- HumanCentric Selling: Focus on helping prospects feel understood and supported as they transition from frustration to empowerment avoiding overly aggressive or impersonal tactics.
- Scale the Sales Team: Once you ve mastered our process hire and coach additional sales personnel to meet growing demand.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B Sales: Proven track record of managing and converting leads in a Hyper Growth B2B environment.
- Quick Responder: You understand the importance of speed in sales and ensure no opportunity is missed.
- DataDriven Mindset: You re passionate about tracking data and leveraging insights to improve sales performance continuously.
- Empathy and Communication Skills: You can build genuine relationships with customers guiding them through their transformation journey.
- Team Leadership: You have experience hiring coaching and leading a sales team.
