This role drives adherence to regulatory standards enhances the organisation s resource center and delivers highquality administrative support to maintain a compliant and efficient operational structure.
Drive adherence to legal regulatory and internal compliance standards across all regions and initiatives ensuring our company and program operations stay aligned.
Lead audits and generate insightful compliance reports fostering transparency and accountability throughout AMI.
Stay ahead of evolving regulations proactively updating practices and policies to keep AMI fully compliant.
Partner closely with the Operations Associate to ensure smooth completion of daily compliance tasks while maintaining a strategic focus on broader compliance objectives.
Policy & Document Management
Lead the creation upkeep and review of organisational policies ensuring they re aligned with best practices and regulatory standards.
Manage AMI s resource centre and informationsharing platforms prioritising document accessibility accuracy and security.
Design and implement a document control system that keeps organisational records current and consistent across all teams.
Procurement Responsibilities
Oversee procurement processes across companywide and programmelevel initiatives ensuring compliance with organisational policies and regulatory standards.
Review and negotiate vendor contracts to ensure costefficiency value for money and alignment with organisational needs.
Develop and maintain a centralised vendor database tracking supplier performance and contract details.
Monitor procurement activities identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Administrative Oversight
Take charge of asset management maintaining a current inventory and ensuring proper allocation regular maintenance and timely replacement of equipment and supplies.
Champion compliance and procurement standards for companywide and programlevel initiatives ensuring all policies are consistently followed.
Review and negotiate key service contracts including office rentals and utilities to guarantee costefficiency and high value.
Develop robust systems to monitor procurement compliance and track supplier performance in line with established agreements.
Training & Awareness
Create and deliver impactful training sessions that equip employees with a clear understanding of compliance requirements company policies and resource access procedures.
Serve as the goto expert for all compliancerelated inquiries providing teams with essential guidance and resources.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with HR IT and the Corporate Projects Lead to align and enhance operational systems policies and informationsharing tools.
Lead crossteam compliance initiatives coordinating efforts across departments to drive AMI s compliance goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Law Operations Management or a related field.
6 years of experience in compliance operations or administrative management.
Proven success in managing regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Proficiency with compliance tracking tools data systems and operational dashboards.
Familiarity with legal frameworks such as GDPR or equivalent data protection laws.
Skills & Competencies:
Exceptional attention to detail ensuring accuracy in compliance audits and policy documentation.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Comfort with compliance tracking resource management platforms and performance dashboards.
Strong interpersonal skills to work with multiple teams and external partners fostering a culture of compliance.
Proactive in identifying compliance risks and implementing effective solutions.
