Job Overview:
As a Unity 3D/Unreal Game Development Intern you will have the opportunity to gain handson experience in game development and contribute to the creation of innovative gaming experiences. Under the guidance of experienced developers you will work on realworld projects collaborate with crossfunctional teams and learn industry best practices in game design programming and optimization. This internship offers a unique chance to immerse yourself in the world of game development and kickstart your career in the gaming industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of gameplay mechanics features and systems using Unity 3D or Unreal Engine
- Collaborate with artists designers and other developers to bring game concepts to life ensuring a cohesive and engaging player experience
- Participate in brainstorming sessions design reviews and playtesting sessions to provide feedback and contribute ideas for game improvements
- Develop and maintain codebase scripts and tools to support game development processes and workflows
- Perform bug fixes optimizations and performance tuning to ensure smooth gameplay and high frame rates across different platforms
- Research and explore emerging trends techniques and technologies in game development to enhance skills and stay current with industry advancements
- Document technical specifications workflows and best practices to support knowledge sharing and future development efforts
Mandatory Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Computer Science Game Development or a related field
- Strong passion for game development and a desire to learn and grow in the field
- Proficiency in Unity 3D Unreal Engine or other game development frameworks
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as C# C or Blueprint scripting
- Familiarity with game design principles gameplay mechanics and player interaction concepts
