Job Description: DutchSpeaking Customer Advisor (Web Services) OnSite in Lisbon

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and eager to make an impact in the web services industry We are seeking motivated DutchSpeaking Customer Advisors to join our dynamic team in Lisbon Portugal. This exciting onsite opportunity allows you to work alongside an international team assist customers and enhance their experience with web services.

Key Responsibilities:

As a DutchSpeaking Customer Advisor you will be the main point of contact for Dutchspeaking clients ensuring they receive the best possible support. Your key duties include:

  • Customer Support: Assist customers via multiple communication channels ensuring their inquiries are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Web Services Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the companys web services offering accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • ProblemSolving: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues providing effective and personalized solutions.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly professionally and empathetically with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and report valuable customer feedback to improve the service quality.
  • Documentation: Log customer interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and at least intermediate English (B2). You should be able to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory. We value a strong willingness to learn and develop.
  • Skills:
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
    • ProblemSolving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to offer quick solutions.
    • CustomerOriented: A passion for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining longterm relationships.
    • Adaptability: Comfort in a fastpaced environment and ability to adjust to new challenges.
    • Team Player: Ability to work well with colleagues to achieve common goals.
    • TechSavvy: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new webbased tools and applications.
